Upon meeting to discuss your project and gaining a detailed understanding of what your needs are, we will tailor a proposal specifically to your project, whether it is from the ground up, a renovation or a refresh of your space. 

Our process includes concept development, concept project presentation, perspective renderings of design concept through 3D modelling, space planning, interior specifications, finishing schedule, providing millwork drawing package, correspondence with the general contractor/trades, site visits + communication to review progress of project. 

Design fees can range from 5-15% of your overall project budget.
